SignalAR is a network analysis and visualization tool that allows users to scan Wi-Fi and Cellular signal quality, perform response and download tests, visualize signal quality in AR, and review history, charts, and heatmaps. The App does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information.

2. Information the App collects

2.1 Network & diagnostic data (on-device)

During scans and tests, the App may record the following locally on your device for analysis and visualization:

• Wi-Fi signal strength (RSSI)
• Network type (Wi-Fi or Cellular)
• Connection response status (reachable / unreachable)
• Download speed test results
• Network latency and response time (where supported by the test method)
• IP address (local network or assigned by carrier)
• Test timestamps
• Scan location coordinates relative to the AR session (not GPS location)

2.2 AR & camera access

The App uses the device camera only for AR signal scanning and visualization. No photos or videos are recorded, no camera images are stored or uploaded, and no facial or biometric data is collected. Camera data is processed in real time and never leaves your device.

2.3 Location information

• The App does not request precise GPS location.
• The App does not track your physical movement.
• AR position data is limited to relative spatial coordinates used only within the scanning session.

4. How your data is used

The App uses collected data only to provide its core functionality, including displaying results, generating charts/scores/heatmaps, comparing historical records, and improving measurement reliability.

5. Data storage & security

• All data is stored locally on your device using secure system storage.
• No external servers or third-party databases are used by the App for storing your records.
• No manual data uploads are performed by the App.

6. Data sharing

The App does not share any data with advertisers, analytics providers, third-party services, or commercial entities. Any sharing happens only when you explicitly export or share results yourself (for example, screenshots or exported files).

7. Your choices & control

• Delete individual scan records at any time.
• Clear all history from within the App.
• Disable camera access (AR features will stop working).
• Remove the App to delete all locally stored data.

8. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children and does not include social, chat, or user-generated content features.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect new features, platform changes, or legal/compliance requirements. Updates will be published alongside the App or on the official website.
